- To ensure that all prospective applicants at the admission counter are attended to promptly and courteously.
- To ensure that all student feedbacks are responded to within three working days.
- To ensure that all enquiries from prospective applicants are responded to within three (3) working days.
- To ensure that all information provided in the admission website are up to date.
- To work closely with Faculties, Centres, Institutes and other University departments to ensure that all relevant processes and activities are carried out effectively.
